Android
Note: individual APK installer files can also be downloaded from our website for sideloading.
For Samsung devices: Knox must be activated. You will be prompted for this in the app.
iOS and iPadOS
Note: TeamViewer 14 only supports iOS devices with a 64-bit processor; eg. iPhone 5s and higher. Older devices with a 32-bit processor may be able to run TeamViewer 13.
Windows Phone & Windows 10 Mobile
Note: Windows Phone 8.x only supports TeamViewer Remote Control version 11.
The TeamViewer Remote Control app can also run directly on Windows 10 itself, for example on a Microsoft Surface tablet.
Chrome OS
Note: the Chrome app only supports making outgoing connections.
The Chrome app can also be installed in the Chrome Browser on Windows and macOS.
